Vishay introduced the industry's smallest chip-scale MOSFET

Recently, Vishay announced the launch of two new MICRO FOOT power MOSFET --- Si8461DB and Si8465DB, the maximum size of 1mm x 1 mm x 0.548mm,  apple batteryis by far the industry's smallest chip-level power MOSFET.
